The main idea of the reading is that marketing depends on
making of the product appeal to the local people. The author focus on different custom has varies
of food with various pieces. Different area taste different so the companies
tweak the flavors. Companies make those things which suit the living people in
the country. Its also talks about
culture and traditions are important so sometimes they are also hurdles for business
for example ingredients use to make food.The author uses a word called shifted gears which mean business should be done properly with mind because if the food it not suit to the people so then business man have to change their mind.
